As a Moscow Florist, we deliver fresh flowers quickly and reliably. Please check our delivery terms before placing your order.
Delivery Dates
Standard deliveries are made on your chosen date during local business hours.
Same-day delivery is only guaranteed if payment is completed before 12:00 PM local time.
For busy days (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), please order at least 48 hours in advance.
For accurate delivery information,
Please include the following in your order chat: Simply complete the automated questions:
Recipient’s full name
Full delivery address (including hotel, hospital, or company information)
Room/ward/department information (if applicable)
Recipient’s phone number
We cannot guarantee on-time delivery without this information.
Deliveries to hotels or hospitals will only be made to the reception.
If Recipient Unavailable
The courier will leave a card and try again later.
If necessary, flowers can be left with a receptionist or neighbor.
If we cannot contact you within 24 hours, the delivery may be canceled without refund.
Hotel and Hospital Deliveries
Always include:
Recipient’s name
Hotel/hospital name and full address
Room or ward number
Phone number (if applicable)
Some hospitals may not allow ICU deliveries; we will notify you immediately.
⚠️ Delivery Exceptions
We do not guarantee delivery to the following locations:
Military bases
Airports or ports
Boats, campsites, or restricted areas
