Exchange Policy
Some flowers or gifts may be unavailable due to season or location. In this case, our florist will prepare a similar or better product of the same value.
Colors or extras (like chocolates or toys) may vary.
We always aim to match the size, shape, and overall style shown online.
Order Changes and Additions
You can change your order at least 24 hours before delivery.
Changes cannot be made to last-minute or same-day orders.
Contact the Moscow Florist Team as soon as possible for changes. Damaged or Poor Quality Orders
If your flowers/gifts are damaged or not as expected:
Report within 24 hours
Send a clear photo (without filters) showing the problem.
This helps us investigate quickly and fairly.
Responses on major public holidays may take 2-5 business days.
Incorrect Delivery Information
We cannot guarantee delivery if:
The address is incomplete or incorrect
The phone number is missing or unreachable
Refunds will not be given for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Always double-check the recipient information.
❌ Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order:
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
Or at least 5 business days before delivery.
If approved, administration fees (up to 30%) may apply.
Cancellations are not accepted once shipping has begun.
Flower Life and Responsibility
Flowers are perishable and typically last 3-7 days.
Quality depends on:
Daily water change
Keeping away from heat
We cannot guarantee their longevity if they are not properly cared for.
